The industry works for humans

The BDI communicates for people - sometimes directly, often through decision-makers such as politicians or through multipliers such as journalists. The BDI's task is then to provide these people with arguments that show how industry affects everyone's lives. With this redefined self-image, WAALD initiated and accompanied the transformation of the BDI from business representative to business explainer.

A narrative that inspires

In ongoing workshops, BDI employees were trained as business explainers - especially in the digital space. At the same time, all of the association's digital media were relaunched under the motto “online first”. The focus is on the new website - with comprehensible texts that explain and classify, with exciting journalistic formats that provide background information. With the new strategic narrative, the BDI creates relevance for itself, its topics and for the companies it represents. It is an opinion leader and shaper.
